Healthy Kids

On Friday we had a healthy shared lunch because we are looking at what makes a healthy kid. We had to get in groups of 4. We were allowed to choose. This term we have found out we can make choices but we need to think how our choice will affect others. We have to stop , think, go (Manage our Impulsivity) We had to decide in our group what we wanted to eat. We were allowed to choose what we wanted to eat but had to think about..

1. choosing only one treat
2. what people liked or were allowed or not allowed to eat
3. choose a lot of fruit, vegetables and cereal/bread/noodles or rice
4. what you would be allowed to bring
5. only bring enough for 4 kids
