Super 16 Students Go for Gold...

Congratulations we were the 79th class in last weeks ASB Bank Challenge scoring 25,958 points in one day.

What an achievement!

Also this week we have scored a whooping 125,309 points in Mathletics!

An unbelievable achievement for Year Twos!

Everyone got a certificate.

We are proud of our effort and persistence!

Hiwi the Kiwi

Today we had a performance by Hiwi the Kiwi.
We learnt about water safety when on a boat. We learnt we need to wear a life jacket.
We learnt about fishing. Do not take too many fish or fish that are too small.
We need to make sure there are fish for the future. 
There was lots of song and dance.
The show was great fun.

Sunshine

This is my kitten Sunshine. She is 8 months old and she's precious to me.

I have to give her food or she would die. She is funny because she stands up on her hind legs all the time she plays!!!!!!!

In this photo you see that she has got dilated eyes. That means that she has her pupils big. If she has her pupils slint her eyes are small. Her eyes are dilated because she sees movement and she wants to get it. her eyes dilate to help her see better.
